Delivery

1. Place an Order

Once you complete your order, we will process the order confirmation immediately. You will receive an order confirmation email and your order has been successfully submitted.

2. Confirm Order

Order confirmation time: 1-2 working days. During the order confirmation stage, our team will carefully review your order information to ensure accuracy. If there is any information that needs to be verified, our customer service team will contact you promptly.

3. Shipping Processing

After confirming the order, we will process the shipment within 4-7 working days. Before shipping, you will receive a shipping notification with order tracking information so you can always know the status of your order.

4. Shipping Methods

DHL Express (Standard Shipping): 7-14 business days after shipment. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

EMS (Free Shipping): 12-24 business days after shipment. Free on all orders over $50.

Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not considered working days.

5. Backordered Items

Backordered items are items that are temporarily out of stock and are expected to be replenished soon. When you order an item on backorder, you essentially reserve it in the size and color you want. You will see an estimated ship date on the product page and during checkout. If these dates change, we will keep you updated. No additional shipping charges for backordered items.

6. Multiple Packages

Normally, we will try to ship all of your items together. Nonetheless, we may choose to split your order to ensure you receive it faster. If this occurs, you will receive an individual tracking number for each package. Even if we send multiple packages, we won't charge you more for shipping than you see at checkout.
