Returns & Exchanges
If there is any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Just send it back within 30 days of receiving it.
We will check the status of the item and, if it is in good condition, we will refund the amount you paid for it, including any duties and taxes.
For a full refund, all items must be returned to us in undamaged/unused condition and in the same condition you received them, with the original packaging and all tags attached (e.g., shoes should be returned with original shoe box).
Non-Returnable Items
The safety and hygiene of our customers is very important, so some items cannot be returned:
- Face + Body products if opened, used or if protective seal is incomplete
- Underwear if hygiene seal is incomplete or any labels are torn
- Swimwear if hygiene seal is incomplete or any labels are damaged
- Jewelry if seals are tampered with or damaged
- Sealed packaging that has been opened or damaged
How to Return an Item
To return an item, post your return using your preferred international courier to:

Please ensure your order ID is visible in the return address and include a copy of your invoice or confirmation email, including your order number and contact information. We recommend sending your item back using insured and trackable shipping.
If you prefer, we can handle returns for you. In this case we will deduct $10 from your refund to cover return shipping and handling charges.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
Once we receive your return and check that everything is OK, we will refund the money to your original payment method in approximately 2-3 weeks. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
Sorry, we are not accepting exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange one item for another, please return the original item and place a new order.
