Once you place an order, we place an authorization hold on the order amount. This means that the charge for it will be held on your card. However, your card will not actually be charged until your order ships.

Why do I have a pending charge on my card?

When you place an order with a credit card, the charge for it will be put on your card. However, your card will not actually be charged until your order ships.

When you place an order with a debit card, the charge will be debited from your account. However, your bank will only pass it on to us when your order ships.

If your order is cancelled for any reason, we will ask your bank to lift the hold and return the funds to your account. This usually takes 7-21 days, but the time may vary depending on your bank's policy.

Will there be any additional duties and taxes?

The price you see includes all duties, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable). We won't charge you anything else.

How do I use a coupon code?

If you're using a coupon or coupon code, enter it into the relevant box on the Checkout page. Coupon codes are not case sensitive. If your coupon code doesn't work, it could be because the offer is not eligible for the item you're purchasing, or the code has expired.
