How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?
We process orders within 4-7 business days. Standard shipping takes 7-14 business days via DHL or FedEx. Free shipping is available on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Are your backpacks durable and waterproof?
Yes! Our backpacks are made from high-quality materials including premium nylon, polyester, and canvas with reinforced stitching. Many of our designs feature water-resistant coatings to protect your belongings from light rain. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt. If you're not satisfied for any reason, simply send the item back in undamaged/unused condition with the original packaging and tags attached. We'll refund the full amount you paid, including any duties and taxes. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Do you offer warranty on your backpacks?
Yes, all our backpacks come with a quality guarantee. If you encounter any manufacturing defects within the first year of purchase, we will repair or replace the item free of charge. This covers stitching issues, zipper malfunctions, and buckle breakage. Normal wear and tear or misuse is not covered.
